Quick way to get some delicious pizza.

I use dominos US app and forced to download Canadian version while on a business trip. Worst, I cant use my credit cards since it requires a postal code. If someone is traveling to Canada and don’t have credit card with a postal code, the order can’t be placed through the app. How do I have the order deliver to my hotel in the airport?

App is unable to find any Domino’s locations at all, regardless of where you are or where you search. So, can’t even get the ordering process started. Some used testing would have gone a long way.

Sometimes I have a problem with using the app but I think it’s my fault. I get confused with the whole process because the instructions don’t seem clear and I am sometimes not sure what I should be tapping on. As my adult grandchildren would say, I’m old and electronic/computer impaired.

Devote card payments shipping address wouldn’t except American address.

Faster and better than website. Great app!

Spend a little bit of that money on a proper app, Domino’s!

I have used thousands of apps this one is probably one of the easiest and best functionality based app’s I’ve ever been on. This is the first food app other than Uber that I have used and will continue to use. If there was a map with a tracking device that would be the only thing I could suggest. Keep it up Dominoes you’re winning me back.

Functionality is ok, user interface is too basic, needs to improve a little bit. They finally added pay by credit card which is Amazing.

Why do you have to use a Canadian cc to pay online?! Defeats the whole purpose of contactless delivery

If in Canada the app will not let you use you American card

While you click on tip to driver, Rupee symbol is shown, while you are ordering in Canada.

Never in my wildest dreams ... pizza brought to my doorstep! The password functionality is a bit of a hassle, but otherwise a handy service!

We use the Dominos app all the time in the US - We are visiting Montreal and using Dominos Canada - Love it!!

Besides the pizza, these people delivering are so mean, anytime I ordered a pizza, they never smile but that’s not the point. Once I ordered a pizza and I didn’t know when they arrived and they didn’t call, we had to call the store to ask what happened and some lady shouted at us on the phone saying they will never deliver to our apartment again. They blocked my account, and my daughter was so disappointed, because that day was her birthday night so she wanted some pizza but she couldn’t have some 😡. In even told them I would pay extra charges but the cut the phone. VERY RUDE !

Order pizza tracker said it was delivered never arrived tried to call store got endless auto menu promotions instead of person at store

Placed an order, able to supposedly track and all, but it never arrived, even though they claim that it did

Easy for the deaf people who can’t hear and can’t use phone ... I can order through my iPhone online ! I give BIG THUMB UP ! 👍👍

Rather than listing all of the issues I have encountered while using this application, my recommendation is to engage a user experience professional, or a team, to conduct a usability evaluation/audit, which should help uncover immediate issues and user pain-points. I would also recommend conducting preliminary user research in order to learn what your customers true needs are, then using that data to inform your product roadmap. Also, webviews are making the app feel vet dated and slow.

Did exactly what it needed to do. Ordered to my hotel in Montreal. No issues, good pizza. Fast ordering.

I couldn’t navigate screens very well (can’t navigate or edit previous orders). A few times I tried, couldn’t make an edit so re-booted app to re-set

It’s freaking 2018 and the app looks and feels like it belongs in 2012. What the hell?

The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because I couldn't use my US account with pizza points I've already earned and apply it to Canada. And the font is zoomed in way too large, could be smaller and a cleaner design to mirror the US app for iPhone.

Quick to order, easy to use

A lot of people want the driver to call them upon delivery rather than knocking for various reasons, and there's no option that I found to add a note for the driver. Implement this, and the app would be pretty much perfect. Also, a notes section just in general would be helpful for people who are allergic to certain items so that they use separate cutting utensils, etc...

This app makes it easy for me to be my absolute laziest but still able to make sure I get fed. Of all the pizza chains with apps, this is by far the best and easiest to use.
